Terms of use

GoblinMode is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic or OpenAI. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI.

Your accounts are your responsibility

GoblinMode works with Claude and ChatGPT accounts you are entitled to use. You are responsible for complying with Anthropic's and OpenAI's terms and usage policies for each account you add, including their rules on who may use a subscription. GoblinMode does not increase, extend or bypass any rate limit, and never switches an agent to another account for you; it only displays the limits Claude Code and Codex report.

Preview software

GoblinMode is provided as is during the preview, without warranty of any kind. We may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for data loss or for the behaviour of third-party services it relies on, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase and Resend.

Acceptable use

Do not use GoblinMode to access accounts or teams you are not authorised for, to probe or disrupt the service, or to publish false information to a team board.

Accounts and termination

You may stop using GoblinMode at any time; see the privacy page for how to remove your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Deleting your account

To delete your GoblinMode account, email hello@goblinmode.si from the address you sign in with. See the privacy page for what is deleted and when.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from GoblinMode will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We will update the date above when these terms change.
